Robert Kasieta is the founder and managing member of Kasieta Legal Group. He focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Justice, and American Association of Justice.
Bob received his associate degree from Gogebic Community College; his bachelors degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University; and his law degree from Marquette University. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has attained the highest rating, AV, from the national attorney rating service, Martindale-Hubbell. Bob also regularly teaches other lawyers. In addition, he teaches at Wisconsin Law School.

Mark B. Hazelbaker
Mark Hazelbaker’s 34-year career in law has involved an unusual breadth of experience, from municipal law to health care regulation. Mark’s experience spans transactional residential real estate services to presenting at an academic conference in Bucharest, Rumania.
A native of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, Mark attended UW-Madison, earning a degree in Journalism in 1979, and Law in 1982. In law school, he worked as a research analyst at UW Extension, staff advisor to the Dane County Executive, and Legislative Directive of the United Council of UW Students.
After law school, Mark served Wisconsin county governments as Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Counties Association from 1983 to 1986. He led efforts on many legislative enactments. Mark was the lead staffer for legislative modernizing and restructuring County government.
Mark became Corporation Counsel and Personnel Director of Manitowoc County in 1986. He oversaw responses to major reductions in federal and state aid. He handled cases involving mental health, guardianship, child abuse, child support, and land use. The County Board named him the first professional Administrative Coordinator of the County.
In 1992, Mark returned to private practice with a large law firm in Madison where he developed a municipal and litigation practice. From 1999 to 2013, Mark built a general practice firm, including family, criminal defense, real estate, and probate matters. Mark joined Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, in 2013. Since then, Mark has emphasized plaintiff employment and land use cases. He continues to assist in land use and small business cases. He continues to work as a lobbyist, which has led to his involvement in adoption of dozens of laws.
Mark is active in several organizations, including the Freemasons and Shriners. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Shriners Children’s Hospital in Chicago, and is the Master of his Masonic Lodge. Mark is also on the Board of Directors of the Daily Cardinal Alumni Association.

Stephen J. Nording
Steve's practice areas include taxation, closely held corporations and businesses, banking and mortgage banking, commercial and consumer lending, real estate, estate planning and probate.
In 1980, Steve graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He served as clerk to Honorable John W. Reynolds, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, for a year prior to entering private practice in 1981. He practiced law in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, until October 1986, when he joined Gateway Foods, LaCrosse, Wisconsin, as its Assistant General Counsel. While with Gateway Foods, Steve handled a broad range of legal issues and transactions affecting grocery, convenience store and institutional food businesses. He returned to private practice in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1988 and joined SB&G in 1998. Steve is a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA degree in finance and MBA degrees in accounting and finance. He has taught intermediate accounting at UW-Madison and Carroll College and has passed the CPA examination. He is a member of the American, Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Associations.

Jennifer graduated from law school cum laude at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree. She was inducted into the Pro Bono Society for her volunteer legal service. During law school, Jennifer clerked for a circuit court judge and volunteered with the Legal Aid for Disaster Relief. She also competed in moot court and mock trial. Jennifer’s work at Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, includes personal injury, corporate disputes, employment discrimination, and other civil litigation. She has also taught several Continuing Legal Education seminars on consumer law.
